How often do you do new drops?

We open the website once a month. We aim to release new designs every 2-3 months so that we have time to make everything perfect for you.

​I have an issue with my order. What should I do?

Please email us at support@tukoclothing.com if your order hasn’t arrived, or moved at all for a while, or you accidentally put in the wrong information, or your order has arrived, but you received the wrong item, or you believe you are missing an item.

We will get back to you within 48 hours!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship worldwide! Of course, it will take longer to reach you if you live outside of the UK.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT TAXES ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

We recommend that you check on your country’s fees and taxes before ordering as you are liable for any such costs, and they are not included in our prices.
